Choose Peace

We all make choices every day, obvious choices about what to wear, what to eat, who to speak with, what to listen to or pay attention to.

When we learn to be mindful of our thoughts, we learn to choose what we focus on.  When we focus on the now, and being the best that we can be in this moment, we are choosing health and wellness, and we are contributing to global peace.
